Beyond-Search Inc. focuses on placing "difference makers" for our clients. Past practical experience combined with 25 years of recruiting experience allows me to:
1. Envision the client work environment when screening candidates.
2. Build rapport with candidates by helping them to articulate their strengths and past successes.
3. Ensuring that candidates are prepared and demonstrate professionalism throughout the interview process.

I recommend that candidates screen recruiters in the same way that companies and recruiters screen them:
* Does the recruiter have experience in your industry?
* Have they ever placed anyone your background?
* Can they provide helpful information, even if they don't have a current need for your skills?
To help the recruiter has to empathize with the candidate. We know that the current job market is challenging and filled with uncertainty. My 25+ years as an executive recruiter has taught me to do the followinging.
1. Not waste your time - schedule an initial 5-10 minute conversation to determine if the the position is a match.
2. Provide interview feedback as quickly as possible.
3. Provide suggestions to assist you if the position is not a fit.
